As an OLEA Sales Specialist, Shanice represents Camana Bay’s first for sale residential community in Grand Cayman. Developed by Dart Real Estate and NCB Group, OLEA is a waterfront community offering townhomes, duplexes and condos located to the south of Cayman International School.
Shanice joined Provenance Properties in 2018 where, in addition to OLEA sales, she assists the Provenance Properties team with their luxury listings across the Cayman Islands.
Shanice attended Palm Beach Atlantic University in Florida where she earned a B.A. in Business Management with a concentration in Entrepreneurship. She began her career with Provenance Properties while still studying; while pursuing her passion for real estate, she travelled between Florida and Grand Cayman every week to finish her degree.
Born and raised in Grand Cayman, Shanice takes pride in helping her clients find their dream homes in her native country. She is fluent in Spanish, enjoys early morning jogs on the beach and spending time with her family.
