Provenance Properties is a member of the Cayman Islands Real Estate Brokers Association, permitting access to the MLS and ensuring full adherence to the Code of Ethics expected of all CIREBA agents.

Haute Residence

Provenance Properties is the exclusive Cayman Islands affiliate of Haute Residence, a leading news source on insightful content about the luxury real estate market in destinations around the world.

From Rotaract and Toastmasters to the PTA at Cayman International School and the Investment Migration Council, the Provenance Properties team supports local initiatives, commits to ongoing professional development and builds relationships across the globe.

In 2020, Provenance Properties hosted its first-ever auction to raise funds for Acts of Random Kindness (ARK) in support of relief efforts due to COVID-19. This inaugural event raised almost US$50,000 for those in need through matching funds provided by the R3 Cayman Foundation and in 2021 the second annual auction raised more than $65,000, which was also matched by R3 Cayman. This event will be held annually to support the work of ARK in the local community.

Also in 2021, Provenance Properties gathered a team of men to participate in the Cayman Islands Crisis Centre’s annual fundraiser A Walk in Her Shoes, held in Camana Bay each year. Combined sponsorships from the team members raised more than $14,000 for the Crisis Centre, which helps women and children find violence-free lives. Our team volunteers their time weekly, working with local nonprofit organisation Meals on Wheels to deliver warm food to the elderly across Grand Cayman.

As the exclusive Christie’s International Real Estate affiliate in the Cayman Islands, we honour our ties to the world’s oldest auction house with ongoing commitments to Cayman’s art community. We have sponsored public art exhibits in Camana Bay, curated by National Gallery Cayman Islands, donated art prints to a local primary school and in July 2021 were a Lead Partner in the inaugural Cayman Art Week.

Giving back to our community is a key focus for the Provenance Properties Cayman Islands team, and we are proud to join and support organisations in Cayman who work to make our islands a better home for all.

Chamber of Commerce

Provenance Properties participates in Chamber of Commerce networking and professional development events and supports efforts to promote and sustain the local business community.

100 Women in Finance

Through its relationship with Dart Real Estate, the PPCI team supports local and international events hosted by 100 Women in Finance. In 2020, Dart Real Estate became the first-ever real estate company to sponsor 100 Women in Finance on a global level. The organisation is committed to empowering women working in the finance industry to achieve their professional potential at each career stage.
